| Lovely, chic apartment!!! |
| The apartment was lovely wth two large sized bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the living. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the kitchen was stocked up to ensure guests didn't have to run to the department store as soon as they arrived. The apartment is only a short 15 min walk from the Vatican and is well connected to the rest of Rome via Metro (station: Cipro). Our host, Vania, made sure we were very comfortable during our stay and was always prompt to answer our queries .......... |

| L'appartement est très bien équipé pour 5 personnes, avec deux salles d'eau ! On apprécie la climatisation dans chaque pièce, le soir après une bonne journée de visites au chaud. Et la wifi est très pratique. L'appartement est très bien situé : il est a environ 10 minutes à pied de la station Chypre du métro A, qui conduit à tous les sites touristiques et à 10-15 min à pied de l'entrée du Musée du Vatican. On peut garer facilement la voiture sur le parking dans la rue à côté de l'appartement.... |

| L'appartamento è veramente spazioso composto da due camere da letto cucina soggiorno e soprattutto due bagni con servizi e doccia, direi ottimo per praticità soprattutto se si è in quattro persone come eravamo noi. Inoltre è dotato di TV in ogni camera, aria condizionata, cucina e addirittura lavatrice forse utile per chi trascorre qua più di un semplice weekend. Ottima la gestione e la comunicazione con la padrona di casa Vania ........ |

| We have just come back from Rome and can't believe how lucky we were to choose this unit. Vania was very helpful when we arrived and also arranged for a van to the airport. The unit, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, was good for the 4 of us (2 couples). It is well equipped and comfortable. The location was fantastic, close to Metro, Vatican and lots of local ambiance. We would recommend property to anyone wanting to experience Rome from a convenient location. There was no need for a car at all. |

| Very Nice, Cozy and in a great area of Rome |
| We loved the apartment, right from the arrival to the departure. We had no issues at all and Vannia was great. We tried all the restaurants she recommended and were never disappointed. It's in a really good part of Rome, only a 15 minute slow walk to the Vatican Museum, we walked everywhere in the area, felt safe the whole time, and the apartment had everything we needed. The washing machine was a nice surprise. |

| Rome the eternal city is a most visit again perphaps without the kids just me and misuse. Stayed at Vania's place which is splendid. Made my coming to Rome for the first time stress free.About 20 to 30 minutes walk to the Vatican with the kids,and the closest metro is about 7mins walk connects you to the rest of Rome with all its trapping. Highly recommends the apartment to couple or family, has all the basic amenities with a quality interior finishing that can rival any 4star hotel. |

| The apartment was exactly what we needed and as advertised. Vania was very helpful, responsive, and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. The location was a 5min walk to the Cipro Metro station and 15min walk to Vatican Museums. The place was clean, well kept, and obviously been well taken care of. The bathrooms functioned very well and despite the small sized kitchen, it functioned very well. We would certainly stay with Vania again. Thanks Vania!! |

| Mieszkanie czyste, wyposazone we wszelkie udogodnienia (2 lazienki!). Blisko stacji metra Cipro, 15 min.pieszo do Watykanu, blisko supermarket. Na miejscu czekal slodki upominek:) Wlascicielka Vania - bardzo mila, serdeczna, pomocna i kompetentna osoba. Pomogla tez wydrukowac bilety powrotne, zorganizowac transport na lotnisko (tanszy niz taksowka miejska). Jedyny malutki minusik - brak balkonu/tarasu na poranna kawe. No, ale nie mozna miec wszystkiego:) Serdecznie polecam! |

| This apartment was amazing. It looks exactly like the pictures. Vania was very nice and polite. She explained everything about the apartment and coordinated our airport transfer on the way home! The area of the apartment is surrounded by nice shops and cafes. It is located a short walk to the red line metro station Cipro, from there you can go anywhere. We had a great time, and we look forward to staying in Rome again with Vania. |

| Vania was an excellent host, welcoming and responded promptly to all communications and requests. The apartment was as described, modern, clean and well appointed. It is a ground floor unit with easy access. I noted to Vania that there was no oven in the kitchen and she purchased a worktop unit which served its purpose well. The apartment was serviced once a week and was spotlessly clean. Both bathrooms were of a high standard!!! |

| We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean and modern. The apartment is located very central and supermarkets, cafes, bakerys and restaurants are nearby. Vania was very nice and organized the transfer from and to the airport for us. She was always reachable even before we have arrived. We can absolutely recommend this apartment to anybody and will come back again!!!! |

| Our recent stay at this property met and exceeded all of our expectations!We arrived and found a pristine and beautiful newly remodeled apartment in a great location;near Metro,Bus and grocery stores within walking distance.Also very near the Vatican and other historical sights.We were greeted upon arrival by the owner who is very gracious and explained the amenities of the apartment.The apartment is immaculate and we hope to return to Rome and have no need to look elsewhere for accommodation. |

| The apartment is exactly as described, very charming and clean. It is situated in the city center and the next metro station "Cipro" is only a 6 minute walk away. | The pictures and description of the place are very accurate. The metro station is a 5-10 minute walk and the Vatican Museums are only a 15-20 minute walk. Showers are very nice, with good pressure and temperature. What really sets this place apart, however, is the owner (Vania) who was very helpful. She arranged car transfers for us to/from the airport and was consistently available whenever we had any questions. Vania, thank you for being such a GREAT host!!! |

Die Bäder sind sehr sauber und mit neuwertigen Sanitäranlagen (Toiletten, Duschen und BD); die Küche ist ebenfalls neuwertig und mit allem ausgestattet für eine eigene Versorgung (Pfannen, Gewürze, Kaffee etc.). Die Vermieterin Vania ist nett, professionell und organisiert den Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung.... |

| We highly recommend this apartment. It is within walking distance of the Vatican and yet it is very calm with lots of very good family-style restaurants. The metro is 10 mins away (Cipro) and takes you to all the main monuments. The apartment is meticulously clean and has all the amenities. The owner is a nice person and will meet your queries very quickly. |

| This apartment was just as shown in the advertisement, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having a washing machine for our use; very convenient. Good access to Cipro metro station, the Vatican and the Vatican Museum. Vania arranged for our pick up and return to the airport. She had a map of Rome and guide information about points of interest in Rome. She was always available if we had questions. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean! You'll enjoy your stay here!!!! |

| Davvero carinissima come appare nelle foto, non poteva essere altrimenti visto che la ristrutturazione è appena terminata.Pulita,ordinata,comoda,calda,non manca proprio niente,sembra di stare a casa propria anche perché gli stessi proprietari davvero molto cortesi ti fanno sentire subito a proprio agio.Se dovessimo ritornare non avrei nessun dubbio nel risoggiornarvi.Vicina a tutti i servizi, alla metro, si arriva a San Pietro in una tranquilla passeggiata.La consiglio senza nessuna esitazione!! |

| L'appartement est moderne, comfortable, proche d'une station de métro et d'un arrêt de bus; pizzarium Bonci (à tester absolument!), épiceries, boulangerie, restos: tout est à proximité! En plus, on peut aller visiter la chapelle sixtine et le vatican à pied.Vania a organisé le transfert depuis l'aéroport pour nous; elle nous a donné de précieux conseils.
